SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship using both USPS and UPS. Please provide us with addresses for either option, using the "Notes" at checkout for any additional information.
We try to get your order out ASAP, but please be patient. It takes time to properly pack pottery.
To keep our shipping costs low and to reduce and reuse, we have become a recycling center of sorts for our neighbors, so you may find some creative packing materials used when you receive your order. But rest assured, your pottery will be no less protected when recycled materials are used.
All sales are final, except in cases of product defect (such as an unnoticed crack, but not for natural glaze variations). If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us. Our goal is for you to love your new pottery! If there is a confirmed claim, either for breakage in shipment or flaw as described, we will work to replace the piece, if possible, in a timely fashion or provide a full refund with shipping included.
