Manya & Mark Wubbold

Manya and Mark Wubbold are collaborative makers who combine ceramics and woodturning to create functional pieces intended for the home. Some are designed for kitchen use and feature spoons and other utensils, some can be used for storage and other purposes.....all pieces have ceramic bases and turned wood lids. 

Our collaboration began on a camping trip to the Oregon coast that included a visit to Mossy Creek.  We have been stopping in to admire the beautiful work they feature and on one of our trips we decided to pitch them on a new line of collaborative canisters we had just begun making. Happily, they liked what we were doing...so here we are. 

We continue to incorporate beach finds in our work, and to make our monthly camping trips a source of whimsical materials for our canisters.
